Freedom of Speech and Religious Expression in Public Schools; Prohibiting a school district from discriminating against students or school personnel on the basis of political or ideological viewpoints or expression; authorizing students to express political or ideological beliefs in coursework, artwork, and other specified assignments; authorizing a student to wear clothing, accessories, and jewelry displaying political or ideological messages or symbols; authorizing political or ideological groups to advertise or announce meetings in the same manner and to the same extent as other groups; creating a private cause of action for persons and student clubs or groups harmed by specified violations, etc.

Electronic Payments of Retail Installment Contracts; Defining the terms “ACH payment” and “electronic payment”; authorizing holders of retail installment contracts and their agents to collect fees for processing electronic payments made by motor vehicle retail buyers under certain circumstances, etc.
Adoption and Display of Flags by Governmental Entities; Prohibiting a governmental entity from displaying, placing, or causing to be placed certain flags on real property; providing a penalty; specifying flags a governmental entity may display on such property; prohibiting a local government from adopting certain ordinances or regulations relating to the flag of the local government, etc.
Advertisement of a Harmful Vaccine; Defining the term “advertise”; providing manufacturer liability under certain circumstances; authorizing an individual to file a cause of action under certain circumstances within a specified timeframe, etc.
