Emergencies; Authorizing certain servicemembers to provide medical care in specified circumstances; authorizing the Division of Emergency Management to create certain local organizations in county constitutional offices; providing that the division has command and control of specified emergency management efforts; requiring certain political subdivisions to publish specified information on publicly available websites, etc.

Transportation Facility Designations/Harris Rosen Way and Geraldine Thompson Way; Providing honorary designations of certain transportation facilities in a specified county; directing the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers, etc.

Student Participation in Interscholastic and Intrascholastic Extracurricular Sports; Providing that an activity or a sport must meet specified requirements; specifying conditions for a home education student to participate in interscholastic athletics; revising the criteria a private school student must meet to participate in a sport at a Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) member school, etc.

Department of Law Enforcement; Repealing provisions relating to the Florida Violent Crime and Drug Control Council and the Violent Crime Investigative Emergency and Drug Control Strategy Implementation Account, respectively; revising the membership of the Domestic Security Oversight Council; including the Governor’s mansion in the definition of the term “Capitol Complex” for specified provisions; increasing the maximum annual amount that may be spent for veterinary care of retired police dogs under a program administered through the department, etc.

Workforce Education; Providing that charter schools are eligible for the Workforce Development Capitalization Incentive Grant Program; revising the number of programs school districts and Florida College System institutions must offer money-back guarantees for through the money-back guarantee program by a specified date; requiring school districts and Florida College System institutions to report such programs to the State Board of Education, etc.

Disability History and Awareness Instruction; Citing this act as the "Evin B. Hartsell Act"; requiring the Department of Education to develop specified curricula; authorizing the department to consult with the Evin B. Hartsell Foundation to further develop such curricula, etc.

Cardiac Emergencies; Revising requirements for instruction on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of an automated external defibrillator; requiring each public school to develop a cardiac emergency response plan (CERP); requiring public schools, including charter schools, to have at least one operational automated external defibrillator on school grounds by a specified date, etc.

Permits for Drilling, Exploration, and Extraction of Oil and Gas Resources; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to consider certain factors when determining whether the natural resources of certain bodies of water and shore areas are adequately protected from a potential accident or blowout; providing requirements for a balancing test to make such a determination, etc.

Tallahassee State College; Commending Tallahassee State College for its consistent excellence and ongoing commitment to student success and recognizing April 10, 2025, as “Tallahassee State College Day” at the Capitol, etc.

FSU Day; Commending Florida State University for its achievements as a national leader in academic and research excellence and designating March 19, 2025, as FSU Day at the Capitol, etc.
