Relating to a duty to accurately represent the financial condition of an agricultural cooperative; prescribing an effective date.

Prohibits director of agricultural cooperative, with respect to financial condition of agricultural cooperative, from intentionally or negligently concealing material information from member of agricultural cooperative, providing inaccurate or misleading material information to member of agricultural cooperative or otherwise acting to deceive member of agricultural cooperative. Creates duty for officer of agricultural cooperative to act in good faith and with due care, and provides that officer does not act in good faith or with due care if officer, with respect to financial condition of agricultural cooperative, intentionally or negligently conceals material information from member of agricultural cooperative, provides inaccurate or misleading material information to member of agricultural cooperative or otherwise acts to deceive member of agricultural cooperative. Creates right of action for member of cooperative to seek damages or injunction for director's or officer's violation of respective duties. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to a cooperative member's ability to rescind a contract with the cooperative under certain circumstances; prescribing an effective date.

Permits member of cooperative to rescind contract with cooperative if member relies on information about financial condition of cooperative that cooperative, or director or officer of cooperative, provides and member later discovers that cooperative, or director or officer of cooperative, concealed material information, provided inaccurate, misleading or false information or otherwise acted to deceive member. Provides that member's execution of contract creates rebuttable presumption that member relied on information that cooperative, director or officer provided. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to the repeal of provisions related to requirements for agricultural overtime; prescribing an effective date.

Repeals provisions requiring employers to pay overtime to agricultural workers who work in excess of maximum allowable hours. Repeals provisions related to refundable income or corporate excise tax credit allowed to employer for excess amount of wages paid as overtime pay for agricultural workers.
