Relating to a prevailing rate of wage for electrical workers; prescribing an effective date.

Provides that, for purpose of specifying prevailing rate of wage for electrical workers, locality is geographical area within which each local union is exclusive representative for local union's membership, and collective bargaining agreement is collective bargaining agreement to which local union is party. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

Relating to small-scale renewable energy.

Requires 10 percent of electricity sold in this state by each electric company that makes sales to 25,000 or more retail electricity consumers to be generated by small-scale renewable energy facilities or certain biomass facilities.

Relating to public transit vehicle operators.

Expands crime of assault in the third degree to include assault of public transit vehicle operator acting in course of official duty. Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Expands crime of aggravated harassment to include knowing propulsion of bodily fluids at public transit vehicle operator acting in course of official duty. Punishes by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both.
