No Trafficking Zones Act or the NTZ Act This bill establishes an enhanced penalty—an additional prison term of up to five years—for certain interstate human trafficking offenses or coercion of sexual activity that occurs in a school zone or on or within 1,000 feet of a premises on which a school-sponsored activity is taking place or of a premises owned by an institution of higher education.

Black Sea Security Act of 2022 This bill authorizes the National Security Council to direct an interagency strategy to (1) increase coordination with NATO and the European Union, (2) deepen economic ties, and (3) strengthen the security and democratic resilience of partners in the Black Sea region in accordance with U.S. values and interests.

This bill directs U.S. Customs Border and Protection (CBP) to establish procedures for performing repairs and maintenance projects below a certain cost threshold at federally owned ports of entry where certain activities are conducted, such as entry inspections and activities to prevent the entry of illicit drugs, agricultural pests, and contraband. CBP may perform such repair and maintenance projects in accordance with the procedures established under this bill.

This resolution (1) supports the designation of the week of November 14-November 18, 2022, as National Family Service Learning Week, (2) recognizes the importance of family service learning in cultivating civic engagement and community investment, and (3) encourages the public to support family service learning and community development programs.
