Provides that a claimant for unemployment benefits may claim an additional dependent allowance in an amount equal to 5% of the state average weekly wage for the current benefit year multiplied by the number of dependents claimed in the preceding tax year.

Enacts the "New York emergency expedited temporary work permit act" to allow asylum seekers to apply for and be granted temporary work permits while their federal immigration status is being determined.

Relates to employee access to lactation rooms in the workplace; requires that employers post written policies regarding the rights of nursing employees.

Enacts the "artificial intelligence workforce impact transparency act"; requires that each notice include a statement as to whether the employment losses described are the result, in whole or in part, of the introduction, expansion, or adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) systems, automation technologies, or machine-based processes that have replaced or materially altered the duties of affected employees; establishes a two year pilot program known as the AI Innovation and Workforce Tracking Initiative to evaluate compliance, data accuracy, and policy impacts of the reporting requirement; requires a report to the governor and legislature.

establishes a database for the employment of minors; allows for registration of minors and employers in such database; digitizes the process for minors to apply for employment (Part X); expands certain payments previously made to parents of deceased service members to spouses and minor children of such service members;
