Patriotic Organizations; Authorizing school districts to allow representatives of patriotic organizations to speak to students, distribute certain materials, and provide opportunities for certain displays relating to the patriotic organizations; requiring certain school districts to provide a date and time for such patriotic organizations to speak with students, distribute materials, and provide certain displays; authorizing patriotic organizations to be provided certain access to school buildings and properties under certain circumstances, etc.

School Chaplains; Authorizes school districts & charter schools to adopt policy to allow volunteer school chaplains; requires district school boards & charter school governing boards to assign specified duties to such volunteer school chaplains; requires volunteer school chaplains to meet certain background screening requirements; requires school districts and charter schools to publish specified information under certain circumstances.

Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day; Designates Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day, which occurs on fourth Thursday in March, as legal holiday.

Balanced Federal Budget; Concurrent resolution applying to Congress of United States to call convention for sole purpose of proposing an amendment to Constitution of United States which requires balanced federal budget.

Congressional Term Limits; Applies to Congress of United States to call convention for sole purpose of proposing amendments to Constitution of United States to set limit on number of terms to which person may be elected as member of United States House of Representatives & to set limit on number of terms to which person may be elected as member of the United States Senate.

Valuation of Timeshare Units; Specifies methodology by which certain timeshare units must be valued in certain tax appeals; provides that methodology meets constitutional mandate for just valuation.

Display of Flags by Governmental Entities; Prohibits certain governmental entities from erecting or displaying certain flags; requires governmental entity to remain neutral in certain circumstances; provides applicability; requires certain governmental entities to display United States flag in certain position.

Potency for Adult Personal Use of Marijuana; Specifies authorized potency of tetrahydrocannabinol when consuming marijuana for personal use; prohibits edibles for personal use from containing more than specified amount of tetrahydrocannabinol or from having potency variance greater than specified percentage; prohibits container for marijuana products prepackaged for use in vapor-generating electronic device from exceeding specified size; abrogates contingent future repeal of specified provisions.

Minimum Age for Firearm Purchase or Transfer; Reducing minimum age at which person may purchase firearm & age of purchasers to which specified licensees are prohibited from selling or transferring firearm.

North Brevard County Hospital District, Brevard County; Revises appointment & membership of district board; requires board to determine operating budget & estimated revenues of district; removes provisions relating to ad valorem taxation; revises disposition of assets & liabilities in event of dissolution; requires district to conduct valuation; requires district to solicit bids for sale of assets; provides for transfer; provides for dissolution of district; provides offices & terms of board members end on certain date.
