Compensation for Health Care Services for Inmates in Martin County; Limiting compensation to a health care provider that provides any and all medical services for an inmate housed in a Martin County detention center under certain conditions; requiring certain compensation for a specified hospital that provides medical services for specified inmates if the hospital does not have a contract with the county to provide such services; limiting compensation to an entity that provides emergency medical transportation services for an inmate housed in a Martin County detention center if the entity does not have a contract with the county to provide such services, etc.

Virtual Instruction; Provides that certain students are excluded from specified calculations relating to high-performing charter school's facility capacity; authorizes high-performing charter schools to provide part-time virtual courses to certain students; provides funding requirements for such courses; revises authorized uses of Florida Tax Credit Scholarship funds.

Succession to Office of Governor, Auditing, and Government Efficiency; Proposes repeal of provisions in State Constitution relating to creation of office of Lieutenant Governor & Government Efficiency Task Force & amendments to State Constitution to revise provisions relating to auditing & government efficiency, create Office of Commissioner of Government Efficiency as Cabinet officer, revise provisions relating to succession to office of Governor if there is vacancy or in case of impeachment or incapacity, & submit to electorate, during specified election year, ballot question regarding whether to repeal office of Commissioner of Government Efficiency.

Education; Provides that a charter school is a public facility for the purpose of concurrency; authorizes a charter school governing board to adopt its own code of student conduct; authorizes a student in a full-time virtual instruction program to participate on an interscholastic athletic team at a public school in the school district in which the student resides or to develop an agreement to participate at a private school, etc.
