Campaign Finance; Requires political committees dissolve & dispose of funds in specified manner; revises maximum contribution amount person or political committee may make to candidate for legislative office; prohibits Governor, Lieutenant Governor, member of Cabinet, or member of Legislature from soliciting or accepting contributions during certain periods on behalf of certain persons; requires political committee that is dissolved to dispose of funds by certain means & file report.

Agreements with Professional Sports Teams; Prohibits governmental entity from entering into agreements with professional sports team unless agreement includes certain provisions; requires governmental entity that enters into such agreement to strictly adhere to certain provisions; provides that attorney general may intervene to enforce certain provisions in certain circumstances.

Auditory Oral Intervention for Children with Hearing Loss; Provides an appropriation for the Auditory Oral Intervention for Children with Hearing Loss. APPROPRIATION: $875,000

Video Cameras in Public School Classrooms; Authorizes school districts to adopt policy to place video cameras in public school classrooms; provides requirements for such policy; provides for viewing video recordings; provides DOE, school district, school, & certain employee responsibilities.

Community-based Care Lead Agency Funding; Revises provisions relating to allocation of funding for community-based care lead agencies; requires that certain factors be considered in allocating core services funds to community-based care lead agencies; provides for calculation of such allocation of core services funds; requires DCF to adopt rules.

Physician Certifications for the Medical Use of Marijuana; Authorizes qualified physicians to perform patient examinations & evaluations through telehealth for renewals of physician certifications for medical use of marijuana.

Automatic Sealing of Criminal History Records; Requires court to automatically seal certain criminal history records; specifies effect of automatic sealing.

Pub. Rec./Court Records; Exempts from public records requirements respondent's name in certain documents at trial & on appeal; expands certain exemptions from public records requirements to include applications for voluntary & involuntary mental health examinations & substance abuse treatment; expands certain exceptions; authorizes court to use respondent's name for certain purposes; revises applicability; revises date for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.

Financial Disclosures; Revises qualification requirements for certain candidates for office; requires specified local officers to file full & public disclosure of financial interests; exempts specified local officers from certain financial disclosure requirements; provides that certain local officers must file their statements of financial interests with specified supervisor until specified date; revises documents that must be filed electronically; provides that certain delinquency notices may not be sent by certified mail.

Carrying of Firearms Without Licenses; Removes requirement that license to carry concealed firearm is required in order to carry such firearm; limits areas in which concealed carrying of firearm is prohibited; revises criminal penalties; revises provisions relating to carrying of concealed weapons or firearms by nonresidents; provides for issuance of concealed carry licenses for reciprocity purposes; specifies person not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing firearm or other weapon may own, possess, & lawfully use firearms & other weapons, ammunition, & supplies for lawful purposes.
