Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; Creates Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; provides for recognition of access to social work services, including through telehealth, in member states; provides for development of data system, reporting procedures, & exchange of specified information between member states; specifies licensees practicing in remote state under compact must adhere to laws & rules of that state.

Task Force on Missing and Murdered African-American Women; Creates task force; specifies duties; provides membership; provides for officers & meetings; requires report; provides for expiration of task force. APPROPRIATION: $150,000

Tax Rebates for Low- to Moderate-income Residents; Creates the Working Floridians Tax Rebate Program within DOR; grants state funds to certain people who receive specified tax credit & meet certain criteria; prohibits receipt of rebate from being used in certain program eligibility determinations.

Assignment of Benefits for Surplus Lines Insurers; Provides that prohibition against assignment of post-loss insurance benefits applies to residential & commercial property insurance policies issued by authorized insurers & eligible surplus lines insurers on or after specified date.

Beverage Container Deposits; Requires consumers & dealers to pay deposit fees for specified beverage containers; provides for redemption of beverage containers & refund of deposit fees; authorizes DEP to conduct certain audits; requires notice & provides civil penalties; prohibits local governments from imposing fees for same or similar purpose.

Coverage for Diagnostic and Supplemental Breast Examinations; Prohibits state group insurance program from imposing on enrollee any cost-sharing requirement with respect to coverage for diagnostic breast examinations & supplemental breast examinations.

Property Insurance Rebate Program for Low-income Seniors; Creates program within DFS to provide property insurance rebate for low-income seniors; provides eligibility requirements to receive rebate under program; authorizes eligible persons to apply to program if certain documentation & proof are provided; specifies calculation of rebate & procedures for disbursing funds; provides appropriation.

Specialty License Plates; Directs DHSMV to develop Cure Diabetes license plate; provides for distribution & use of fees collected from sale of plate.

Self-service Storage Facility Liens; Revises written notice requirements relating to satisfaction of owner's lien; revises publication requirements relating to advertising sale or other disposition of self-service storage facilities; requires that rental agreements authorize tenants to designate optional alternate contact for purposes of providing specified notice; specifies that designating alternate contact does not give such person interest in contents stored at self-service storage facility or in self-contained storage unit; requires that rental agreements include specified warning.

Student Transportation Safety; Authorizes contracts for school bus infraction detection systems which authorize private vendor or manufacturer to receive share of revenue; revises requirements for signage posted on rear of school bus; requires law enforcement to send notice of violation to registered owner of motor vehicle involved in violation; requires court to determine whether violation has occurred; requires court to uphold violation if violation has occurred and require petitioner to pay penalties & costs; revises required uses for civil penalties assessed & collected for violations; prohibits use of system for remote surveillance; revises purposes for which video & images may be used; requires that civil penalties be remitted to school district.
