Establishment of Paternity; Creates presumption of legal father; authorizes certain persons to rebut such presumption by filing petition to determine paternity; provides requirements relating to petition, appointment of guardian ad litem & attorney ad litem, evidentiary hearings & trial, burden of proof, genetic testing, objections to test results, determining best interests of child, & final order determining paternity; authorizes & provides requirements for court to approve, grant, or modify parenting plan & establish child support orders.

Pub. Rec. & Meetings/Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; Provides public records & meetings exemptions relating to Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact & its executive committee or other committees; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statements of public necessity.

Intravenous Vitamin Treatment; Provides requirements for persons administering intravenous vitamin treatment; requires Board of Nursing, Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine to adopt rules establishing procedures to administer intravenous vitamin treatment & emergency protocols; provides exemption for certain licensed facilities.

Employment Leave for Crime Victims and Witnesses; Provides that crime victim & their family members & witnesses to crimes may take leave from their employers for certain purposes; provides duties of employees; prohibits certain actions by employers.

Deleting Punishment Clause from the Thirteenth Amendment; Memorial to Congress of United States, urging Congress to propose an amendment to US Constitution to delete "Punishment Clause," from Thirteenth Amendment.

Limited Liability Companies; Provides for protected series of series limited liability company & foreign protected series of foreign series limited liability company; provides for nature, governing law, operating agreement, registered agent, service, certificates, associated assets, associated members, protected series transferable interest, management, liabilities, remedies, enforcement of judgments against, dissolution, & merger & applicability of laws to such companies & protected series of such companies.

Adult Day Care Centers; Authorizes adult day care centers holding contracts with Medicaid managed care plans to provide nonemergency transportation services for their clients; provides reimbursement rates for such services; authorizes requests for waiver of continuing education requirements; provides continuing education requirements for adult date care center operators; provides required subject areas for such continuing education courses; provides compliance with continuing education requirements is condition precedent to issuance, continuation, reinstatement, & renewal of adult day care center licenses.

Protection from Surgical Smoke; Requiring hospitals & ambulatory surgical centers to adopt & implement policies requiring use of smoke evacuation systems during certain surgical procedures.

Termination of Easements and Related Rights or Interests for Affordable Housing Development; Requires local assistance plans to authorize termination of easements or rights, interests, or servitudes in nature of easements for use of or access to lake & its upland banks in specified circumstances to develop affordable housing; provides termination method; requires recording of specified notice in public records; requires recording of specified final orders & instruments in public records.

Citizen's Arrest; Abrogates common law & prohibits citizen's arrests; provides exceptions.
