Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act of 2021 This bill deems an individual receiving outpatient observation services in a hospital as an inpatient for purposes of satisfying the three-day inpatient hospital-stay requirement with respect to Medicare coverage of skilled nursing facility services.
Adopt the Greenhouse gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy use in Transportation model Act or the Adopt GREET Act This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to update the methodology used in life-cycle analyses of greenhouse gas emissions that result from the production and use of corn-based ethanol and biodiesel fuel. The EPA must update its methodology within 90 days and every five years thereafter. In the first update, the EPA must adopt the most recent Greenhouse gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy use in Transportation model (commonly referred to as the GREET model) developed by Argonne National Laboratory.

Child Care Funds Accountability Act This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to monitor and report on compliance with the use of funds for the child care stabilization grants and the Child Care and Development Block Grant program provided by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
Increasing Access to Osteoporosis Testing for Medicare Beneficiaries Act of 2021 This bill specifies that certain Medicare payment rules applicable to imaging services shall apply to dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry services used in bone mass scans beginning in 2022. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services must establish national minimum payment amounts for such services.
Increasing Parent Choice and Preventing the Child Care Cliff Act of 2021 This bill requires states receiving funds for child care assistance under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program to provide for the graduated phaseout of such assistance for parents whose family income exceeds the initial threshold to qualify for assistance but does not exceed 85% of the state median income for a family of the same size.
Biodiesel Tax Credit Extension Act of 2021 This bill extends the income and excise tax credits for biodiesel and renewable diesel used as fuel through 2025.
Family Child Care Networks Act of 2021 This bill expands the temporary child care stabilization grant program to permit states to award subgrants to support the creation or enhancement of family child care networks to provide specified core services to family child care providers in order to expand the availability of care.
