Provides for disposition of moneys received from selling or licensing use of data and analysis. Establishes Oregon Liquor Control Commission Information Technology Infrastructure Fund. Appropriates fund moneys to commission for paying costs related to data and analysis program and for procuring, operating, maintaining, staffing and servicing information system hardware, software and supplies related to operational or revenue generating functions of commission. Appropriates commission net share of revenue from data and analysis program to fund. ] Authorizes commission to negotiate certain distilled liquor prices with Indian tribes and commercial airlines. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Establishes rates of compensation to be paid by Oregon Liquor Control Commission to distillery retail outlet agent for distilled liquor retail sales by agent. Sunsets rates January 2, 2025. Increases expenditure limit for Oregon Liquor Control Commission payment of expenses, from moneys other than lottery funds or federal funds for biennium ending June 30, 2021, for purpose of paying distillery retail outlet agent compensation.
Authorizes Department of Land Conservation and Development to approve local governments' plans for urban growth boundary expansion areas that will accommodate affordable housing. ] Extends Department of Land Conservation and Development reporting requirements on affordable housing pilot program through 2024.
