Allows employer to pay 85 percent of minimum wage to agricultural employee under 21 years of age for initial 90 days of employment.

Requires health care practitioner to exercise proper degree of care to preserve health and life of child born alive after abortion or attempted abortion. Requires health care practitioner to ensure child born alive is transported to hospital. Creates crime for failure to exercise proper standard of care, punishable by maximum of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Allows specified person to bring civil action for damages and equitable relief against health care practitioner for failure to exercise proper standard of care. Directs court to award attorney fees to prevailing plaintiff. Allows court to order identity or personally identifiable information of specified person protected from disclosure.
Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board for purposes related to programs for grants from Oregon Agricultural Heritage Fund. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
Prohibits abortion unless physician has first determined probable post-fertilization age of unborn child, except in case of medical emergency. Prohibits abortion of unborn child with probable post-fertilization age of 20 or more weeks, except in case of medical emergency. Requires physician who performs or induces, or attempts to perform or induce, abortion to file report, within 30 days, with Oregon Health Authority. Requires authority to publish annually statistics relating to abortion.

Requires commission to make requirements applicable to wine with labels identifying Willamette Valley viticultural area and American viticultural areas wholly or partly within Willamette Valley viticultural area. Creates exception. Requires commission to classify certain grape varieties as exempt from content requirements. Authorizes commission to exempt additional grape varieties by rule. Prohibits identifying Pinot noir as exempt grape variety. Establishes content requirement for wine from exempt grape varieties. Establishes default content requirement for wines not subject to other content requirements. Makes content requirements applicable to wine labeled on or after January 1, 2023. Imposes revised content requirements for wine bottled on or after January 1, 2030. Authorizes commission to require that wine using American viticultural area in this state as appellation of origin be produced entirely from grapes grown in that American viticultural area. Makes authority operative January 1, 2035. Requires commission to appoint advisory committee. Sunsets advisory committee January 2, 2023. Requires commission to adopt rules establishing penalty schedule for labeling requirement. Creates exception to civil penalty.
