Establishes Condon Collection at University of Oregon Museum of Natural and Cultural History as official depository for any material of paleontological nature that may come into possession of State of Oregon.
Authorizes any state agency or department to enter into agreements with any political subdivision for collection, enforcement, administration and distribution of local transient lodging taxes of such political subdivision. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Authorizes Department of Revenue and units of local government to disclose to each other information related to administration of transient lodging tax laws. Provides process for ensuring confidentiality of state transient lodging tax information. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
