To amend sections 2929.141, 2929.34, 2935.10, 2935.11, 5120.021, 5120.038, 5589.21, and 5589.211 of the Revised Code to enact the Reagan Tokes and Patrick Heringer Act to require certain warrants to be entered into LEADS, to require GPS monitoring of offenders released from prison, and to modify T-CAP requirements.
To amend sections 2151.421 and 2151.99 of the Revised Code to enact V.J.'s Law to require mandatory reporters of child abuse or neglect to report to both a peace officer and the public children services agency.
To amend sections 2151.412, 2151.421, 2151.423, 2151.429, 2151.467, 2151.468, 2903.01, 2903.11, 2919.22, 2929.13, 2929.14, 2941.1426, 5153.122, and 5153.16 and to enact sections 2151.4211, 2151.4235, 2151.89, and 5180.09 of the Revised Code to enact the Child Protection Reform Act.
To enact sections 3727.81, 3727.811, and 5119.192 of the Revised Code to require hospitals to provide overdose reversal drugs under certain circumstances.
To amend section 149.43 of the Revised Code to exempt from disclosure under Public Records Law, the name and address of a grand juror and the signature of a grand-jury foreperson, and to name this act the Grand Jury Privacy and Protection Act.
To amend sections 2911.11, 2911.12, and 2911.13 of the Revised Code to modify the offenses of burglary, aggravated burglary, breaking and entering, and trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.
To amend sections 2901.30, 2901.41, and 2901.42 of the Revised Code to enact the Finding and Identifying with NamUs Data (FIND) Act to require law enforcement agencies to enter information relating to a report of a missing person in the national missing and unidentified persons system (NamUs).
To amend sections 2307.66, 2917.211, and 2981.02 and to enact sections 2307.68 and 2907.312 of the Revised Code to enact the Innocence Act to prohibit an organization from failing to verify the age of a person attempting to access material that is obscene or harmful to juveniles, to prohibit a person from using another person's likeness to create sexual images of the other person, and to create a private right of action for each prohibited activity.
To enact sections 341.261, 753.321, and 5120.631 of the Revised Code regarding inmates' access to feminine hygiene products and showers by municipal and county correctional facilities and state correctional institutions.
To amend sections 2151.27, 2151.31, 2151.419, 2152.72, 3109.58, and 3109.68 of the Revised Code to require a public children services agency to take immediate custody of specified children who cannot be released to a parent, guardian, or custodian.
