Reverse Entry for Migrant Offenders and Violence Expulsion Act This bill establishes under statute that a conviction for certain crimes related to kidnapping or sexual abuse shall be grounds for (1) barring an individual from entering the United States, and (2) deportability. (Under current law, convictions for certain crimes, including crimes involving moral turpitude, are grounds for inadmissibility and deportability.)

Police and Fire Health Care Protection Act of 2022 This bill eliminates the requirement that payments be made directly to providers of accident or health plans or qualified long-term care insurance contracts as a condition of eligibility for the tax exclusion of distributions from tax-exempt retirement plans for such health and long-term care insurance.

Native American Rural Homeownership Improvement Act of 2021 This bill provides statutory authority for a Department of Agriculture pilot program that provides direct loans to Native community development financial institutions to increase homeownership opportunities for tribal communities in rural areas.

Elimination of the VA Asset and Infrastructure Review (AIR) Commission Act of 2022 This bill repeals the VA Asset and Infrastructure Review Act of 2018, which established the independent Asset and Infrastructure Review Commission and prescribes directives related to the development and assessment of recommendations for modernizing or realigning Veterans Health Administration facilities.

Agriculture Innovation Act of 2022 This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to identify, collect, link, and analyze certain data regarding the impact of conservation practices and other production practices on farm, ranch, and other working land profitability, including the effect on enhancing crop yields, soil health, ecosystem services, and other risk-reducing factors.
