A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to reincorporate and provide a new charter for the City of Acworth, approved February 17, 1989 (Ga. L. 1989, p. 3512), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 13, 2025 (Ga. L. 2025, p. 3711), so as to adopt by reference a certain map; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to professions and businesses, so as to repeal and reenact Chapter 11A, the "Dietetics Practice Act"; to amend Titles 9, 31, 33, 43, and 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to civil practice, health, insurance, professions and businesses, and torts, respectively, so as to provide for conforming cross-references; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 40 of the O.C.G.A., relating to certificates of title for motor vehicles, so as to require an application for certificate of title to contain or be accompanied by the last certificate of title issued by another state when such application refers to a vehicle last previously registered in another state and the applicant is receiving such vehicle upon inheritance, devise, or bequest; to amend Code Section 40-3-34 of the O.C.G.A., relating to transfer of vehicle by operation of law, termination of interest, and joint interest with right of survivorship; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend various titles of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated so as to provide for separate restroom and changing areas for males and females in schools; to provide for sleeping arrangements on school trips to be made according to sex; to provide for definitions throughout the Official Code of Georgia Annotated of certain terms relating to sex; to provide for legislative findings on the importance of certain distinctions between the sexes; to require any collector of vital statistics throughout this state to identify each individual as either male or female; to replace the term "gender" throughout the Code with "sex"; to provide for definitions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to vital records, so as to provide for the issuance of a "Certificate of Foreign Birth" by the state registrar without a judicial order if certain criteria is satisfied; to provide for necessary forms; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION urging the Capitol Art Standards Commission and the Governor to place a portrait of Governor Rufus Bullock in the state capitol; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 10 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to obstruction of public administration and related offenses, so as to create the felony offense of obstruction of a law enforcement officer with a motor vehicle; to provide for punishment; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
