Technology (Small Business)

This bill creates a House Study Committee on Small Business Technology Adoption in Georgia to examine how the state can better support small businesses in adopting new technologies like artificial intelligence and enterprise software. The committee will consist of five representatives, including the chairperson of the Small Business Development Committee, two from the majority party, and two from the minority party, who will study issues related to technology adoption, training, and tax policies affecting small businesses. The committee will hold meetings, receive funding from the House, and submit a report with findings and recommendations before being abolished on December 1, 2026.
