A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 39 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to online internet safety, so as to require certain disclosures related to conversational AI services; to require the operators of conversational AI services to take steps to limit certain actions related to minors by such systems; to require operators to provide certain privacy tools to users; to require operators to adopt a protocol for a conversational AI service's response to suicidal ideation or self-harm; to provide for enforcement by the Attorney General; to provide for exceptions; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 4 of Article 6 of Chapter 9 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to internet and e-mail fraud, so as to establish the criminal offense of digital identity fraud; to provide for criminal penalties; to require social media platform operators to evaluate claims of digital identify fraud; to provide for civil penalties; to provide for enforcement; to provide for a cause of action and damages; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 39 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to minors, so as to provide for social media and internet safety for minors; to provide for account termination upon the request of minors or their parents or guardians; to provide for the deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions; to increase the amount of the fine for which providers of a social media platform may be liable; to create a civil remedy for minors to recover damages against providers of a social media platform; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 39-6-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to age verification of account holders, minors, and information relating to available content censorship or moderation features, so as to prohibit providers of social media platforms from permitting a minor aged 14 years or younger to be an account holder; to provide for an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
