Super Voting Sites; Authorizing the designation and establishment of super voting sites by supervisors of elections, subject to approval of the Division of Elections; requiring the supervisor of elections to track ballots cast at such sites according to the voter’s precinct; specifying the timeframe and hours of operation for super voting sites; requiring super voting sites to allow a person in line at the time of closing to vote, etc.

Outdoor Advertising; Requiring the Department of Transportation to create and implement a publicly accessible electronic database for sign permit information; specifying requirements for the database; prohibiting the department from furnishing permanent metal permit tags or replacement tags and from enforcing specified provisions once the department creates and implements the database; specifying that permittees are not required to return permit tags to the department once the department creates and implements the database, etc.

Required Publication of Local Board Meeting Minutes; Removing a provision requiring the City of Leesburg City Commission to publish minutes in a newspaper published in the city; removing a provision requiring the Holmes County Board of County Commissioners and the Board of Public Instruction to publish minutes in a newspaper of general circulation; repealing provisions relating to the publication of minutes of a county school board or a board of county commissioners in a newspaper of general circulation in Calhoun, Liberty, Wakulla, Washington, Gulf, Clay, Franklin, Holmes, Okeechobee, Leesburg, and Dixie Counties, etc.

OGSR/State-funded Infrastructure Bank; Amending a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for financial information of a private entity applicant which the Department of Transportation requires as part of an application process for loans or credit enhancements from the state-funded infrastructure bank; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.

Health Care Licensure Requirements; Requiring certain physicians to submit specified information to the Department of Health to be exempt from specified licensure requirements; requiring the department to notify such health care practitioners of their exemption within a specified timeframe, etc.

Public Records/Economic Development Agency; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by an economic development agency; providing that such information may be released in an aggregated and anonymized format; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Public Records/Disaster Recovery Assistance; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for property photographs and personal identifying information provided to specified entities by certain persons for the purpose of disaster recovery assistance; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Disability Retirement Benefits; Allowing members receiving care at federal Veterans Health Administration facilities to use certification by a specified number of physicians working at such facilities as proof of total and permanent disability for purposes of establishing eligibility for benefits, etc.

Property Insurance; Providing construction of the Surplus Lines Law relating to certain dispute resolution proceedings; prohibiting surplus lines agents from delivering or issuing for delivery property insurance contracts containing specified provisions; revising the definition of the term “insurer” to include eligible surplus lines insurers and certain insurers providing commercial property insurance; providing requirements for proceeding venues and jurisdiction of courts for specified property insurance policies and contracts, etc.

Prohibited Places for Weapons and Firearms; Authorizing elected members of specified governing bodies who are concealed weapon or firearm licensees to carry a concealed weapon or firearm to a meeting of the governing body of which he or she is a member, etc.
