Public Records/Appellate Court Clerks; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for the personal identifying and location information of current appellate court clerks and the spouses and children of such appellate court clerks; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing for retroactive application; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Harassment of Election Workers; Prohibiting a person from intimidating, threatening, coercing, harassing, or attempting to intimidate, threaten, coerce, or harass an election worker with specified intent; providing criminal penalties, etc.

Food Recovery; Directing the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, subject to legislative appropriation, to implement a program to provide incentives to food producers to sell high-quality fresh food products to food recovery entities at a discounted price; requiring food recovery entities to negotiate with food producers; requiring the department to reimburse food recovery entities for certain costs, etc.

Transparency for Autism-related Services; Requiring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities or its designee to provide specified information when notifying an applicant of his or her eligibility determination, etc.

Title Fraud Prevention; Creating a pilot program in Broward County; providing a definition; requiring certain parties to provide specified information to the property appraiser; requiring the property appraiser to make certain notifications to specified parties; providing that certain action or inaction does not give rise to liability; requiring participating property appraisers to submit a report to specified parties containing certain information, etc.

Electronic Payment of Public Records Fees; Requiring an agency subject to ch. 119, F.S., to provide an electronic option for payment of fees associated with a public records request, etc.

Recovery of Damages in Claims for Medical Negligence; Removing a provision that prohibits parents of an adult child from recovering certain damages in medical negligence suits, etc.

Suits Against the Government; Increasing the statutory limits on liability for tort claims against the state and its agencies and subdivisions; prohibiting a party from lobbying against any agreed upon settlement brought to the Legislature as a claim bill; requiring the Department of Financial Services, beginning on a specified date and every 5 years thereafter, to adjust the limitations of liability for claims, not to exceed a certain percentage for each such adjustment, etc.

Support for the State of Israel; Expressing the Florida Senate’s unwavering support for the State of Israel, etc.

Motor Vehicle Insurance; Repealing provisions which comprise the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law; revising the motor vehicle insurance coverages that an applicant must show to register certain vehicles with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; revising minimum liability coverage requirements for motor vehicle owners or operators; revising authorized methods for meeting such requirements; revising financial responsibility requirements for owners or lessees of for-hire passenger transportation vehicles; revising the minimum net worth requirements to qualify certain persons as self-insurers, etc. APPROPRIATION: $83,651
