Transportation Disadvantaged; Requires community transportation coordinators to increase & support programs that enhance cross-county mobility for specified purposes for transportation disadvantaged; requires coordinating boards to evaluate multicounty or regional transportation opportunities to increase & support such programs.
Florida Legislative Investigation Committee; Acknowledges injustices perpetrated against targets of Florida Legislative Investigation Committee between 1956 & 1965, & offers formal & heartfelt apology to those whose lives, well-being, & livelihoods were damaged or destroyed by activities & public pronouncements of those who served on committee.
Drinking Water in Public Schools; Subject to legislative appropriation, provides requirements for school districts relating to prevention of lead in drinking water at public schools; provides rulemaking; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000
Reproductive Medicine; Provides that certain health care profession licensees & physicians who perform specified acts with human reproductive material without recipient's consent are subject to certain disciplinary action; prohibits health care practitioner from intentionally performing specified acts with reproductive material of donor without recipient's consent; provides penalties; tolls applicable time limitations for criminal prosecution.
Sexual Battery; Requires certain licensed facilities to provide to victims of sexual assault information regarding emergency contraception & its availability, if requested; redefines terms "consent" & "sexual battery."
