Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances; Prohibits, beginning on specified date, certain use & sale, purchase, or distribution of aqueous film-forming foam; requires, beginning on specified date, certain entities to submit aqueous film-forming foam inventories & disposal plans to DEP; prohibits, beginning on specified date, possession & use of aqueous film-forming foam; authorizes DEP to administer certain grants or cost share programs; provides penalties & injunctive relief; requires certain public entities disposing of domestic wastewater biosolids and treated effluent to quarterly conduct specified samplings & submit results to DEP; limits purpose such samplings until specified standards are established by EPA & adopted by DEP.

Domestic Violence and Protective Injunctions; Reclassifying penalties for committing a domestic violence offense if a person has a prior conviction for domestic violence; providing that sentencing and incentive gain-time eligibility determinations are made without regard to a penalty enhancement; establishing an electronic monitoring pilot program in a specified county; requiring the sheriff, in consultation with certain persons, to design and implement the pilot program; providing requirements for the pilot program; requiring the Department of Corrections to complete an evaluation and provide specified reports to the Legislature; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to enter injunctions against dating violence and sexual violence into a statewide verification system, etc.

Presumptive Medicaid Eligibility for Pregnant Women; Authorizes certain entities meeting specified criteria to serve as qualified Medicaid providers for purposes of making presumptive Medicaid eligibility determinations for pregnant women; requires DCF to ensure that such providers are adequately trained & monitored for compliance when serving in such roles; requires AHCA to provide Medicaid coverage to pregnant women deemed presumptively eligible for duration of specified time period; provides that pregnant women deemed presumptively eligible are entitled to coverage of all medically necessary services under Medicaid program during such eligibility period; requires that all prior authorizations granted before or during such period remain in effect for duration of such period; requires agency, within specified timeframe, to seek federal approval to extend allowable period of presumptive Medicaid eligibility coverage for pregnant women; requires agency & department to initiate certain rulemaking within specified timeframe.
Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact; Enacts Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact; provides compact membership & member state licensure requirements; establishes Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission; provides for purpose, membership, & meetings, of commission; requires member state to establish certain database; provides database information requirements; provides for amendment, withdrawal, & dissolution of the compact.
Prohibitions Against Discriminatory Practices relating to 340B Entities and 340B Drugs; Prohibits drug manufacturers from engaging in certain acts against acquisitions of 340B drugs by & delivery of such drugs to specified pharmacies & from interfering with pharmacies' rights to contract with 340B entities; prohibits health insurance issuers, PBMs & other third-party payors, & agents, from engaging in discriminatory acts relating to reimbursement to 340B entities for 340B drugs; prohibits health insurers & HMOs from engaging in discriminatory acts relating to reimbursement to 340B entities for 340B drugs; provides that each commission of certain acts constitutes violation of Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act & subjects violator to certain actions & penalties.
Experimental Treatments for Terminal Conditions and Life-threatening Rare Diseases; Authorizes licensed physicians to prescribe & eligible facilities to administer experimental treatments; requires approval of specified platform or master protocol by institutional review board; requires DOH to establish & maintain patient registry; requires DOH to annually publish specified report; encourages health insurers & health maintenance organizations to provide specified insurance coverage for experimental treatments; authorizes licensed physicians & eligible facilities to receive reimbursement for experimental treatments; requires manufacturers of experimental treatments to provide for specified temporary price concession; requires DOH to adopt by rule certain procedures for licensing of experimental treatment centers.
