Department of Transportation Contractor Liability; Provides that contractor is considered agent of this state in certain circumstances; requires contract documents to indemnify DOT for liability caused by negligence of contractor or its employees.
911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Employment-related Mental or Nervous Injuries; Provides that specified provisions relating to certain medical benefits for mental or nervous injuries for first responders also apply to 911 public safety telecommunicators.
