Economic Hardship Grant Program; Creates People's Relief Program within DCF; requires program to provide assistance in form of grants to certain residents under specified conditions; provides program eligibility requirements for individuals; requires DCF to adopt specified rules.

Public Postsecondary Reports on Pell Grant Eligibility and Food Insecurity; Requires Commissioner of Agriculture to report specified information relating to Pell-grant eligible students at state universities & Florida College System institutions to Legislature by specified date; & requires OPPAGA to conduct study to evaluate food insecurity on campuses of state universities & Florida College System institutions.

Injunctions for Protection in Cases of Repeat or Serious Violence; Expands grounds for injunction of protection to include serious violence in addition to repeat violence.

Business Development Incentives for Veterans and Military Spouses; Requires DOS to waive specified fees for certain businesses established by veteran or military spouse; provides eligibility & registration requirements; provides for rulemaking & interagency cooperation; provides reporting requirements.

Use of State Resources to Influence Statewide Ballot Initiatives; Provides short title, legislative intent, & definitions; prohibits certain entities from producing, disseminating, or funding specified public service announcements during certain timeframe; provides construction; requires certain entities to maintain specified records & make such records available to public.

Generated Child Pornography; Prohibits creation, download, or possession of photograph or image of person with intention of using such photograph or image to create generated child pornography.

Food Insecure Areas; Authorizes local government to enact land development regulations to permit land use for small-footprint grocery store located in food insecure area; authorizes local government to include in its comprehensive plan provision permitting land use for small-footprint grocery store located in food insecure area; authorizes local government to require mandatory reporting of certain information from small-footprint grocery store.

Weapons and Firearms; Requires background checks on persons involved in firearm sales or transfers; requires firearm sales or transfers to be conducted through licensed dealer; revises requirements for safe storage of firearms; revises criminal penalties; requires firearms be sold by dealers with trigger locks or gun cases; revises warnings to be posted in gun dealerships; requires certain materials to be given to gun purchasers; prohibits specified acts involving unfinished firearm frames or receivers; prohibits certain activities involving three-dimensional printer or CNC milling machine; creates Veteran's Firearm Suicide Reduction Task Force; requiring a report.

Hunger-Free Campus Pilot Program; Establishes Hunger-Free Campus Pilot Program within DACS; provides requirements for pilot program; requires OPPAGA to conduct study to evaluate food insecurity on campuses of Florida College System institutions & state universities.
