Veteran Suicide Prevention Training; Requires DVA to establish Veteran Suicide Prevention Training Pilot Program; provides purpose; requires participants to receive training; requires DVA to contract to develop training curriculum; requires DVA to oversee process for administering training & certifying participants; requires report to Legislature; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $500,000

High School Graduation Requirements in Personal Finance; Revises required credits for standard high school diploma to include one-half credit of instruction in personal financial literacy & money management & seven & one-half, rather than eight, credits in electives; authorizes students to earn one-half credit in personal financial literacy & money management as elective.

Donor Human Milk Bank Services; Authorizes AHCA to pay for donor human milk bank services as optional Medicaid service; specifies coverage requirements; adds donor human milk bank services to list of Medicaid services authorized for reimbursement on fee-for-service basis; adds donor human milk bank services to list of minimum benefits required to be covered by Medicaid managed care plans.

Private Property Rights to Prune, Trim, and Remove Trees; Prohibits local governments from requiring notice, application, approval, permit, fee, or mitigation for pruning, trimming, or removal of tree on residential property if property owner possesses certain documentation; provides that tree poses unacceptable risk if removal is only means of practically mitigating its risk below moderate as determined by specified procedures.

Motor Vehicle Insurance; Requires agencies that employ law enforcement officers to maintain motor vehicle insurance in certain instances while traveling in an official law enforcement vehicle; provides exceptions; provides liability limitations; provides methods to meet liability insurance requirements.

Alzheimer's Disease and Related Forms of Dementia Education and Public Awareness; Requires DOH to educate licensed health care providers regarding specified information related to Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia.

Mobile Home Registration Periods; Revises registration & registration renewal periods for mobile home owned by natural person; requires DHSMV, beginning on specified date, to give customers option to renew their registrations on their dates of birth in certain years; specifies permissible renewal periods for such renewals.

Inventories of Critical Wetlands; Requires each water management district governing board, in cooperation with local governments, to develop list of critical wetlands for acquisition using funds from Land Acquisition Trust Fund; requires boards to consider certain criteria when including wetlands on list.

Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children; Requires President of Senate & Speaker of House of Representatives to each appoint one member to State Council on Interstate Educational Opportunity for Military Children, rather than appoint one member jointly; & extends scheduled repeal of compact & related provisions.

Assistive Technology Advisory Council; Revises provisions relating to membership of & appointments & reappointments to Assistive Technology Advisory Council; requires council members to select chair from among council membership; revises provisions relating to committees appointed to perform council's functions; expands council's functions to include fundraising activities.
