Contracting with Foreign Countries of Concern; Prohibits governmental entities from entering into certain contracts for products with foreign countries of concern if foreign countries have specific ownership interests in those products; removes provisions which prohibit local governments from entering into or renewing specified contracts with certain entities if doing so would give access to personal identifying information.

Sexual Images; Prohibits person from possessing with intent to promote specified depictions including lewd or lascivious image; prohibits person from soliciting, possessing, controlling, or intentionally viewing depiction including lewd or lascivious image; provides criteria that may be used to evidence actual or simulated lewd exhibition of genitals; prohibits person from soliciting depiction including child pornography; prohibits person from willfully generating an altered sexual depiction of an identifiable person, without consent; prohibits person from soliciting an altered sexual depiction of an identifiable person without consent; prohibits person from possessing with intent to maliciously promote altered sexual depiction of identifiable person without consent.

Refund of Overpayments Made by Patients ; Requires certain licensees & practitioners to refund to patient any overpayment within specified timeframe; authorizes AHCA to impose administrative fine for failure to refund patient overpayment; revises acts that constitute grounds for disciplinary actions for health care practitioners.

Fraudulent Use of Gift Cards; Provides criminal penalties for persons who, with intent to defraud, commit specified acts related to gift cards or use for certain purposes gift cards or gift card redemption information; provides enhanced criminal penalties for second or subsequent violation; provides enhanced criminal penalties if value of violation exceeds specified amount.

Third-party Reservation Platforms; Prohibits reservation at public food service establishment from being listed, advertised, promoted, or sold through third-party reservation platform; provides exception; authorizes Division of Hotels & Restaurants of DBPR to impose civil penalty not to exceed specified amount for violation of this act or of division rule; provides that such violations shall accrue on daily basis for certain establishments.

OGSR/Parental Consent Requirements Before Terminating a Pregnancy; Removes scheduled repeal of exemption from public records requirements for certain information that could identify minor petitioning court to waive parental consent requirements before terminating a pregnancy.

Unlawful Demolition of Historical Buildings and Structures; Authorizes code enforcement board or special magistrate to impose fine that exceeds certain limits for unlawful demolition of certain historical buildings or structures; provides that such fine may not exceed certain percentage of just market valuation.

OGSR/Cybersecurity; Revises scheduled repeals of certain exemptions from public records and meeting requirements for specified cybersecurity-related information.
