Recruitment and Retention of Speech-language Pathologists; Requires DOE to develop & maintain statewide strategic plan for recruitment & retention of speech-language pathologists & provision of quality services; provides requirements for such plan, DOE, school districts, & charter schools.

Public Postsecondary Safety Policies and Procedures; Requires state universities & FCS institutions to adopt & implement specified policies & procedures relating to safety; provides requirements for policies & procedures; & requires annual review & updates policies & procedures.

Public Postsecondary Reports on Pell Grant Eligibility and Food Insecurity; Requires Commissioner of Agriculture to report specified information relating to Pell-grant eligible students at state universities & Florida College System institutions to Legislature by specified date; & requires OPPAGA to conduct study to evaluate food insecurity on campuses of state universities & Florida College System institutions.

Antisemitism Task Force; Creates Antisemitism Task Force within Office of Civil Rights of DLA for specified purpose; requires department to provide administrative & staff support to task force; provides for appointment & terms of members; provides for per diem & travel expenses; provides membership & duties of task force; requires report to Governor & Legislature by specified date; provides for future review & repeal of task force.

Criminal Offenses Against Law Enforcement Officers and Other Personnel; Revises prohibition on use or threatened use of force to resist arrest or detention; provides for enhanced punishment for manslaughter when committed against specified officers; revises provisions concerning assault or battery upon specified officers & other personnel; revises provision concerning resisting, obstructing, or opposing specified officers or legally authorized persons; increases level on offense severity ranking chart for committing battery on law enforcement officers & other specified personnel.

Victims of Domestic Violence and Dating Violence; Requires Division of Telecommunications within DMS to consult with certain entities to conduct feasibility study regarding specified alert system; provides requirements for such alert system; requires division to report to Legislature results of feasibility study by specified date; revises legislative findings to include victims of dating violence; authorizes victims of dating violence to apply to participate in Attorney General's address confidentiality program.

Municipal Water and Sewer Utility Rates; Requires municipality to charge customers receiving its utility services in another municipality same rates, fees, & charges as it charges consumers within its own municipal boundaries under certain circumstances.

Public Records/Crime Stoppers Organizations; Provides exemption from public records requirements for specified personal identifying & location information of current & former employees, board members, & volunteers of crime stoppers organizations; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides for retroactive application; provides statement of public necessity.
