Compulsory School Attendance; Revises required age for compulsory school attendance from 16 to 18 years of age; removes requirement that student's parent sign declaration of intent to terminate school enrollment; removes requirement that school district notify student's parent upon receipt of such declaration.
Architect Education Minority Assistance Program; Creates program within DBPR; requires Architect Education Minority Assistance Advisory Council to assist Board of Architecture & Interior Design with administering program; provides funding requirements for scholarships provided under program; caps amount of funds DBPR may spend annually on program; prohibits person from knowingly filing documents with board which contain false information or material misstatements of fact.
Live the Dream License Plate; Revises distribution of annual use fees from sale of Live Dream license plate; provides for award of scholarships to certain students; provides for fiscal oversight.
Direct Filing of an Information; Prohibits child who has been transferred to adult court for criminal prosecution pursuant to direct file from being held in adult jail before hearing; removes references to state attorney's discretion; revises discretionary direct file criteria; requires court to advise child & his or her parent or guardian of child's right to due process evidentiary hearing; authorizes child or child's parent or guardian to request hearing; requires judge to conduct hearing & consider specified information & factors; authorizes judge to consider certain reports; provides for continued jurisdiction; requires adult court to make findings.
Professional Licensing Requirements for Barbers and Cosmetologists; Provides period of time when conviction, or any other adjudication, for crime may not be grounds for denial of licensure as barber or cosmetologist; requires applicable board to approve educational program credits offered to inmates in certain institutions or facilities for purposes of satisfying training requirements for licensure as barber or cosmetologist.
Parole Eligibility; Requires Commission on Offender Review & DOC to jointly administer voluntary long-term inmate program using existing resources; requires program to provide evidence-based programming to inmates; establishes eligibility; provides inmates may be removed from program; provides that successful completion does not guarantee parole.
Roadside Farm Stand Signage; Establishes Fresh From Florida Roadside Farm Stand Signage Program & Fresh From Florida Roadside Farm Stand Advisory Council within DACS to provide directional signage for certified roadside farm stands; authorizes Commissioner of Agriculture to designate such farm stands as state tourist attractions; requires DOT, upon request, to place signage at specified locations; requires certified farm stand owners & operators to pay specified fees; requires DACS to adopt rules.

High School Graduation Requirements in Personal Finance; Revises required credits for standard high school diploma to include one-half credit of instruction in personal financial literacy & money management & seven & one-half, rather than eight, credits in electives; authorizes students to earn one-half credit in personal financial literacy & money management as elective.
Agritourism; Revises legislative intent regarding promotion of agritourism; prohibits denial or revocation of property's agricultural classification; requires certain farm buildings, structures, facilities, or other improvements to be assessed according to specified provisions.
