Sexual Misconduct Information in Public K-20 Education; Requires district school boards to provide certain information relating to Title IX & sexual misconduct complaints to students, parents, & school employees; requires FCS institutions & state universities to create sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, & stalking policy & comprehensive prevention & outreach program on sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, & stalking & provide certain information to students.
Ad Valorem Tax Exemption for Nonprofit Homes for the Aged; Revises ownership entities for certain nonprofit homes qualifying for exemption from ad valorem taxation to include certain limited partnerships.
Medicaid Behavioral Health Provider Performance; Revises AHCA's quality selection criteria for Medicaid program provider service networks to include behavioral health care providers; requires AHCA to establish provider network standards for behavioral health providers in Medicaid program; revises network testing requirements; requires AHCA to identify specified managed care plans' scores, to establish such scores as baseline indicators for plans, & to notify plans of their baselines for such scores; requires AHCA to establish outcome performance goals related to behavioral health; revises requirements for quality measures for managed care plans.
Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund and Reinsurance Assistance; Revises provisions for Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund including, retention multiple, adjusted retention multiple, reimbursement contracts, loss adjustment expense; contract obligations; reimbursements, & reimbursement premium formula; authorizes eligible Reinsurance to Assist Policyholders program insurers to purchase RAP coverage under program; revises reimbursement under RAP program; removes provision prohibiting premiums from being charged for participation in program; revises coverage layers of Florida Optional Reinsurance Assistance program; requires transfer of specified amount from FORA Fund into Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.
