No Taxpayer Funding for the Central American Minors Program Act This bill prohibits using federal funds to carry out the Central American Minors program, a Department of Homeland Security and Department of State program that reunites qualified children from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras with their parent who is lawfully present in the United States.

States Have A Say Act This bill prohibits the Office of Refugee Resettlement from resettling a refugee in a state if that state's governor does not consent to the resettlement.

Human-Animal Chimera Prohibition Act of 2021 This bill establishes new federal crimes related to conduct involving certain types of human-animal chimeras. The term human-animal chimera means an organism that, from an early stage of development, contains human and nonhuman parts. This bill makes is unlawful to create or attempt to create a prohibited human-animal chimera, transfer or attempt to transfer a human embryo into a nonhuman womb, transfer or attempt to transfer a nonhuman embryo into a human womb, or transport or receive for any purpose a prohibited human-animal chimera. A violator is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

This resolution calls on President Biden to stop the sale of petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves and instead prioritize the replenishment of the Strategic Petroleum Reserves.

Innovative Cognitive Care for Veterans Act of 2022 This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to implement, as part of the Veterans Community Care Program, a pilot program under which the VA may enter into agreements with certain private organizations to provide telehealth, virtual training tools for home health aides, and other services that slow the progression of cognitive disorders.

Trucking Workforce Improvement Act This bill repeals the final rule of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration related to minimum training standards for entry-level commercial motor vehicle operators.

Merger Filing Fee Modernization Act of 202 2 This bill modifies and expands the schedule for graduated merger filing fees and requires that such fees be adjusted each year based on the Consumer Price Index. It also (1) requires parties to disclose in their premerger notification filings any subsidy received from a foreign entity of concern, (2) modifies the venue rules for multi-district antitrust litigation, and (3) establishes various reporting requirements.

Healthcare Freedom Act of 2022 This bill expands the availability of health savings accounts. It renames such accounts as health freedom accounts and allows all individuals to receive increased tax deductions for contributions to such accounts. The term qualified medical expenses is expanded to include costs associated with direct primary care, health care sharing ministries, and medical cost sharing organizations. The bill also excludes employer contributions to health freedom accounts from employee gross income for income tax purposes.

Nuclear Assistance for America's Small Businesses Act This bill provides assistance to eligible small businesses that seek to engage in the research, development, and deployment of advanced nuclear reactors. Upon the request of small businesses, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission must delay collecting a certain portion of application fees for construction permits, operating licenses, or combined licenses for advanced nuclear reactors.

State Antitrust Enforcement Venue Act of 2022 This bill limits the transfer and consolidation of antitrust cases that are brought by states in federal court. Current law generally permits federal civil cases that are related to be transferred to a single district court and consolidated for pretrial proceedings. However, under current law, antitrust cases brought by the federal government are exempt from transfer and consolidation. This bill adds to that exemption antitrust cases brought by states.
