HB 780: Health Care - As introduced, requires the accounting of long-term care expenditures for nursing facility services; home and community-based services made under the CHOICES long-term healthcare program; and employment and Community First CHOICES services under a waiver amendment to the TennCare II demonstration, provided by the bureau of TennCare to the general assembly and interested persons, to include prior fiscal year actual expenditures and projected current fiscal year expenditures no later than January 15 of each year, instead of February 1 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 71.

HB 775: Alcoholic Beverages - As introduced, requires the Tennessee wine and grape board to submit its annual report on the wine industry and viticulture in this state and on current and future activities of the board to the governor, the commissioner of finance and administration, the chair of the agriculture and natural resources committee of the house of representatives, and the chair of the energy, agriculture and natural resources committee of the senate by February 1 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 3.
