SB 307: Financial Responsibility Law - As introduced, increases from $15,000 to $25,000 the minimum amount of insurance coverage for property damage in any one accident that is required for a split-limit motor vehicle insurance policy to qualify as proof of financial security under the financial responsibility law for policies issued or renewed after December 31, 2019. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 56.

SB 615: Criminal Offenses - As introduced, expands the offense of intimidating others from exercising civil rights to include intimidating a business, educational institution, religious institution, or government entity; imposes a fine of not less than $2,500 nor more than $10,000 for a conviction while wearing a mask or disguise with the intent to commit such a crime. - Amends TCA Section 39-17-309.
