SB 1763: TennCare - As introduced, extends, from February 1, to March 1, the annual date by which the bureau of TennCare and the department of intellectual and developmental disabilities are required to issue an annual joint report to the insurance committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate on the status of the Katie Beckett program. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 71.

SB 2345: Election Laws - As introduced, removes the requirement that a registered voter be a bona fide member of, affiliated with, or declare allegiance to a political party in order to vote in a political party's primary election; removes the requirement that the officer of elections at each polling place post a sign stating that it is a crime to vote in a political party's primary election without being a bona fide member of, or affiliated with, that political party, or to declare allegiance to that party without the intent to affiliate with that party. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 7.

SB 2056: Paternity - As introduced, specifies that if a man has executed a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity, then the man and the mother of the child born out of wedlock are legal parents of the child; specifies that the mother of a child born out of wedlock is the child's legal parent and has primary residential care and custody of the child absent an order of custody to the contrary. - Amends TCA Title 24 and Title 36.
