HB 1350: Medical Occupations - As introduced, limits the use of the title of anesthesiologist only to those physicians licensed by the board of medical examiners or the board of osteopathic examination, who have completed a residency in anesthesiology, and who have a practice limited primarily to anesthesiology, and to those dentists who completed a residency program in anesthesiology at an accredited medical school in years 1963 through 1977. - Amends TCA Title 63.

HB 576: Education - As introduced, requires the department and the governing board of each public institution of higher education to promulgate rules to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; allows the comptroller to conduct a thorough review of the department's office for civil rights and the governing board of each public institution of higher education. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1 and Title 49, Chapter 7.
