SB 2860: Children's Services, Dept. of - As introduced, removes an outdated provision that required the department to report to the chairs of the government operations committees of the senate and the house of representatives, and appear before the education, health, and general welfare joint evaluation committee, in 2023 relative to the December 2022 performance audit report issued by the division of state audit. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 37.
