SB 2400: Domestic Violence - As introduced, directs TACIR to perform a study of the implementation and effects of global position monitoring as a condition of bail for defendants accused of crimes of domestic violence; requires TACIR to seek input from interested groups; requires TACIR to make a report to the general assembly at the conclusion of the study. - Amends TCA Section 39-13-111 and Title 40, Chapter 11.

SB 1951: Education, Higher - As introduced, allows a first responder to receive a 25 percent reduction in the undergraduate tuition at any state-operated institution of higher learning if the first responder has first earned an associate degree using a Tennessee Promise scholarship, Community College Reconnect Grant, or Tennessee reconnect grant. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
