SB 509: Relating to motor vehicle emission standards.

Prohibits the Environmental Quality Commission from adopting motor vehicle emission standards to implement California standards requiring that some or all medium- or heavy-duty vehicles sold in the state be zero-emission vehicles. SB 377: Relating to exemption of health care receipts from corporate activity tax; prescribing an effective date.
