To amend sections 3727.50, 3727.51, 3727.52, 3727.54, 3727.55, and 3727.56; to enact new section 3727.53 and section 4123.293; and to repeal section 3727.53 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing hospital-wide nursing care committees and hospital nursing services staffing plans.
To enact sections 3301.24, 3301.82, 3319.70, 3345.83, and 6301.113 of the Revised Code to enact the Future Educators Support Act regarding financial support for student teachers, teaching as an in-demand job, and school district staffing surveys.

To amend sections 164.07, 307.022, 307.671, 307.673, 307.674, 307.696, 308.21, 351.06, 353.03, 1506.44, 1710.02, 4115.03, 4115.034, 4115.04, 4115.06, 5540.03, 6117.012, and 6121.061 of the Revised Code to allow political subdivisions, special districts, and state institutions of higher education to elect to apply the Prevailing Wage Law to public improvement projects and to increase the threshold amount that triggers application of the Law for certain state public improvements.
To amend section 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.74 of the Revised Code to create an income tax credit for employers that provide paid parental leave and to name this act the Paid Parental Leave Act.
To enact sections 4119.01, 4119.02, 4119.03, and 4119.04 of the Revised Code to prohibit agreements that restrain engaging in a lawful profession or business after the conclusion of an employment relationship.
To enact section 4112.041 of the Revised Code to require the Ohio Civil Rights Commission to establish a system for individuals to anonymously report wage discrimination.
To amend sections 4111.06, 4111.14, 5122.28, 5123.022, 5123.023, 5123.87, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 3304.45, 4111.061, 5747.87, and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to phase out the subminimum wage for individuals with physical or mental disabilities, to authorize a tax credit for purchases made from nonprofit corporations that hire such individuals, and to name this act the Ohio Employment First and Greater Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act.
To make appropriations for the Industrial Commission for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2027, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of Commission programs.
To amend section 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.74 of the Revised Code to create an income tax credit for employers that provide a childbirth bonus and to name this act the Baby Bonus Act.
