Seniors Saving on Insulin Act This bill requires the Part D Senior Savings Model to be made permanent. Currently, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is testing a voluntary model under the Medicare prescription drug benefit (the Part D Senior Savings Model) in which the copayment for a month's supply of insulin is capped at $35 through participating plans. The model is set to expire on December 31, 2025.
Vital Medication Affordability Act This bill establishes pricing for insulin and injectable epinephrine provided at federally qualified health centers (community-based health providers in underserved areas) that participate in the 340B drug pricing program. Specifically, such centers must provide insulin and injectable epinephrine at or below the price paid by the center, plus a minimal administration fee, to patients with a household income that is not more than 350% of the federal poverty level and who either have a health insurance plan with a cost-sharing requirement of more than 20% of the total amount charged for such drugs, have a high unmet deductible under a health insurance plan, or do not have a health insurance plan.
Safe Generators Save Lives Act This bill requires the Consumer Product Safety Commission to establish safety standards for portable generators, including requirements related to labeling, minimum cord length, and shutoff capability in an elevated carbon monoxide environment. The commission is authorized to enforce these standards.

This resolution recognizes and supports measures to protect and assist Venezuelan refugees and migrants, with particular emphasis on the humanitarian needs of women and children impacted by the displacement crisis and COVID-19.
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Accountability Act of 2021 This bill changes the source of funding for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) from Federal Reserve System transfers to annual appropriations. Under current law, the transfers from the Federal Reserve System permit the CFPB to be funded outside of the annual appropriations process.
COVID-19 Vaccine Dishonorable Discharge Prevention Act This bill provides that a member of the Armed Forces who was discharged on the basis of choosing not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine may only receive an honorable discharge.
Disaster Reforestation Act This bill sets forth a special rule for the tax deduction for casualty losses of uncut timber (including pre-merchantable timber). It provides that in losses of any uncut timber from fire, storm, wood-destroying insects or invasive species, severe drought, or from theft, the basis for determining the amount of the deduction for such loss shall not be less than the excess of the appraised value of such timber determined immediately before such loss was sustained, over the salvage value of such timber. To be eligible for the casualty loss deduction, the uncut timber subject to the loss must be reforested not later than the close of the five-year period beginning on the date of the loss.
This resolution (1) expresses support for the designation of National Drone Safety Awareness Week, and (2) supports a strong and robust partnership between the Federal Aviation Administration and stakeholders to ensure all drone operators understand the importance of drone safety.
2020 WHIP+ Reauthorization Act This bill expands disaster indemnity programs through which the Department of Agriculture provides payments to agricultural producers for crop and milk losses resulting from hurricanes, wildfires, and other qualifying natural disasters. In particular, the bill extends the Wildfire and Hurricane Indemnity Program Plus (WHIP+), the On-Farm Storage Loss Program, and the Milk Loss Program to make losses that occurred in the 2021 and 2022 calendar years eligible for payments. Under current law, these programs provide disaster payments to agricultural producers with crop and milk losses resulting from qualifying natural disasters that occurred in the 2018 and 2019 calendar years.
