HB 122: AN ACT relating to the operation of bicycles. Amend KRS 189.287 to direct the Transportation Cabinet to include a requirement for bicycle helmets for operators and passengers under the age of 12 in the bicycle standards and safety regulations promulgated under the provisions of this section.
