Partnership Agreements Creating Tangible Savings Act or the PACTS Act This bill revises provisions permitting cooperative management agreements between the National Park Service and other governmental entities regarding management of park areas. Specifically, the bill (1) allows tribal governments, public universities, public utilities, or quasi-governmental entities to enter agreements; and (2) eliminates the requirement that the nonfederal park areas be adjacent or near to National Park System units.

Human Trafficking Prevention Act of 2022 This bill requires the posting of contact information of the national human trafficking hotline in specific places. Specifically, the information must be posted in a visible place in all federal buildings; in the restrooms of each U.S. aircraft, airport, over-the-road bus, bus station, passenger train, and passenger railroad station; and at each port of entry.
International Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022 This bill reauthorizes certain initiatives to combat human trafficking (e.g., the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000) and specifically incorporates anti-human trafficking initiatives into other federal programs and activities (e.g., the U.S. Agency for International Development).
This resolution recognizes the efforts and sacrifices of the wildland firefighters who have risked their lives to fight intense wildfires in 2022. This bill provides that independent agents and brokers who are contracted to market Medicare Advantage or Medicare prescription drug benefit plans do not have to record calls with beneficiaries.
Restoring Military Focus Act This bill eliminates the position of Chief Diversity Officer within the Department of Defense (DOD), as well as the position of Senior Advisor for Diversity and Inclusion within the military departments. Additionally, the bill prohibits the use of federal funds to establish similar positions to that of Chief Diversity Officer or Senior Advisor for Diversity and Inclusion within DOD.
Deterring Undue Enforcement by Protecting Rights Of Citizens from Excessive Searches and Seizures Act of 2022 or the DUE PROCESS Act of 2022 This bill makes various changes to procedures governing federal civil forfeiture cases, including by raising the evidentiary standard that applies to them. It also requires the Department of Justice to create a database of and annually audit federal civil forfeiture cases.
Guidance Clarity Act of 2021 This bill requires federal agencies to state on the first page of guidance documents that such guidance (1) does not have the force and effect of law, and (2) is intended only to provide clarity to the public about existing legal requirements or agency policies.
Lymphedema Treatment Act This bill provides for Medicare coverage of lymphedema compression treatment items. Specifically, the bill provides for coverage of standard and custom fitted gradient compression garments and other approved items that are prescribed by a physician or other specified health care professional to treat lymphedema.
