HB 583: RELATING TO CANNABIS FOR MEDICAL USE.

Authorizes and regulates the manufacturing of edible cannabis products as manufactured cannabis products by licensed medical cannabis dispensaries. Establishes standards, including regulations and education protocols, for edible cannabis products. Requires cannabis and manufactured cannabis products to include a universal symbol, developed by the department of health, to identify any product containing cannabis. Requires the department of health to implement a cannabis product recall system.

HB 185: RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL.

Prohibits drivers of vehicles in a county with a population greater than 500,000 from making any turns while a traffic control device facing oncoming traffic displays a red signal.

HB 87: RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL HEMP.

Clarifies that financial institutions are authorized to conduct business with persons and entities that lawfully deal with industrial hemp.

SB 343: RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Requires each public or private school to have staff trained in the administration of epinephrine. Requires signs at schools stating the symptoms of anaphylaxis and the proper method for administering epinephrine. Appropriates funds.

HB 73: RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL LICENSING.

Prohibits a licensing authority from using rules to supersede requirements set forth in licensing laws and adopting rules that authorize an unlicensed individual to perform duties, activities, or functions that, if performed by another professional, would require licensure of that professional.

SB 163: RELATING TO ZONING.

Allows counties with populations less than 100,000 to enact a zoning ordinance to amortize or phase out nonconforming single-family transient vacation rental units over a reasonable period of time.
