HB 661: RELATING TO HEALTH.

Requires the Department of Health to adopt rules for underground storage tanks and tank systems that are no less stringent than federal underground storage tank regulations. Establishes the Red Hill Task Force to study the implementation of containment measures at Red Hill and report to the legislature.

SB 783: RELATING TO PROSTITUTION.

Repeals the penalties for consensual adult prostitution and promotion of adult prostitution. Vacates convictions for decriminalized conduct. Makes clarifying and conforming amendments.

SB 667: RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Requires the Office of Enterprise Technology Services, in collaboration with the Department of Education, to establish a working group to study the Department of Education's information technology infrastructure, operations, and services. Establishes the members and duties of the working group.

SB 581: RELATING TO LIABILITY.

Provides that the State or a county that repairs or maintains a street of which the ownership or jurisdiction is in dispute between the State and the county, shall be immune from liability for personal injuries or property damage arising out of the repair or maintenance of that street. Deems that maintenance of a street shall not confer ownership or jurisdiction over such street, if the ownership or jurisdiction over the street is in dispute between the State and the county.
