HB 1390: RELATING TO IOLANI PALACE.

Phases out parking of motor vehicles on the grounds of Iolani Palace. Requires DAGS to remove the blacktop, parking area, and parking meters adjacent to Iolani Palace. Requires DLNR to develop and maintain a pedestrian area adjacent to Iolani Palace. Requires DAGS and DLNR to report cost analysis to the legislature.

SB 1438: RELATING TO HEALTH.

Ensures access to information about multiple midwifery pathways. Requires birth practitioners to provide all pertinent birth education information and materials in a manner that is comprehensible by the consumer.

HB 1030: RELATING TO CERTAIN PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SUBTITLE 4.

Amends fines for destroying or harvesting trees or tree products, including koa, on state forest reserves lands to an amount up to $10,000 or three times the market value at the time and place of the violation for each tree, whichever is greater, in addition to any costs associated with restoration or replacement of the habitat and damages to public land or natural resources, or any combination thereof. Clarifies that any person violating any provision of part II (Forest Reserves) of chapter 183, Hawaii Revised Statutes, or any rule adopted pursuant thereto, other than section 183-17, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor. Decriminalizes traffic infractions within forest reserves and sets fine amounts. Repeals the general penalty provision of section 183-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

HB 928: RELATING TO GENDER EQUITY.

Requires all places of public accommodation and state building construction constructed or substantially modified after 12/31/20 to provide baby diaper-changing accommodations that are equally accessible to men and women.

HB 1182: RELATING TO VACCINATIONS AND CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTORS.

Authorizes conscientious beliefs as a basis for exemption from vaccination and immunization requirements. Authorizes licensed naturopathic physicians to certify exemption from immunization requirements. Requires that the first option for quarantine of an individual be quarantined inside that individual's residence.
