Authorizes the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to issue an order of wage payment violation to the employer in violation of provisions regarding payment of wages and other compensation. Establishes a Mark Licensing Agreement Program within the Department of Education and authorizes the Department of Education to register trademarks and service marks for department programs and individual department schools and enter into licensing agreements for their use. (HB880 CD1)
