Rights of Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers; Providing rights of law enforcement officers and correctional officers relating to Brady identification systems; prohibiting a law enforcement officer or correctional officer from being discharged, suspended, demoted, or otherwise disciplined or threatened with discipline for certain reasons; providing that a prosecuting agency is not required to maintain a Brady identification system; authorizing a law enforcement officer or correctional officer to request reconsideration of the inclusion of his or her name and information in a Brady identification system, etc.
State Estate Tax; Providing that provisions relating to a condition for the discharge of a personal representative of an estate do not apply under certain circumstances, etc.
Drone Delivery Services; Prohibits political subdivision from taking certain actions against drone delivery service based on location of its drone port; authorizes political subdivision to enforce certain regulations relating to setback & landscaping; exempts drone ports from Florida Building Code & certain provisions of Florida Fire Prevention Code.
Designation of Brevard Barrier Island Area as an Area of Critical State Concern; Creating the "Brevard Barrier Island Area Protection Act"; designating the Brevard Barrier Island Area as an area of critical state concern; providing guiding principles for development within the area; requiring the state land planning agency to submit an annual report to the commission, etc.
Restoration of Osborne Reef; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to submit a status report on the Osborne Reef cleanup and tire removal project to the Legislature by a specified date; requiring the department to develop a restoration plan for the reef by a specified date; providing requirements for the restoration plan; requiring the department to submit a report to the Legislature upon completion of the plan; providing requirements for the report, etc.

Rec./Photographs, Recordings, and Reports of Autopsies of Minor Victims; Creates exemption from public records requirements for photograph or video or audio recording of killing of minor; requires that any viewing, copying, listening to, or other handling of such photograph or video or audio recording be under direct supervision of custodian of record or designee; requires that surviving parents of minor be given notice of petitions to view, copy, or listen to photograph or video or audio recording of killing of minor & opportunity to be present & heard at related hearings; creates exemption from public records requirements for autopsy reports of minors whose deaths were related to acts of domestic violence; requires that any viewing, copying, or other handling of such autopsy reports be under direct supervision of custodian of record or designee; requires that certain surviving parents of minor whose death was related to act of domestic violence be given notice of petitions to view or copy minor's autopsy report & opportunity to be present & heard at related hearings; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption.
911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Certifications; Increasing the timeframe within which an inactive 911 public safety telecommunicator certificate may be reactivated before it permanently expires; deleting a process by which a certificateholder may voluntarily place his or her certificate in inactive status; prohibiting the Department of Health from requiring certificateholders to pay a fee or to make an election to place their certificates in inactive status, beginning on a specified date, etc.
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Authorizing farmers whose property meets certain requirements to apply to the Department of Revenue for a Florida farm tax exempt agricultural materials (TEAM) card; authorizing the Department of Revenue to make certain information available to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for the purpose of administering the Florida farm TEAM card; requiring by a specified date all food commodities purchased by certain state entities to be grown or produced in this state under certain circumstances; revising the types of entities required to obtain food permits from the department; requiring bottled water to be processed in conformance with department rule, etc. APPROPRIATION: $143,104
Money Services Businesses; Revising the definition of the term “control person” for purposes of ch. 560, F.S.; defining the terms, etc.
Pretrial Release and Detention; Providing for setting, reduction, and alteration of bail; requiring the Supreme Court to create and periodically update a statewide uniform bail bond schedule for certain offenses; authorizing a court to consider nonmonetary conditions in addition to or in lieu of a monetary amount subject to specified limitations; providing that a person arrested for a dangerous crime may not be granted nonmonetary pretrial release at a first appearance hearing, etc.
Emergency Response Mapping Data; Creating the School Mapping Data Grant Program within the Department of Education; authorizing each school district to apply for funds to provide mapping data for public school buildings; authorizing a school district to use the funds to procure a vendor; requiring the entity that produces the data to provide the data to certain entities, etc.
