Interior must provide tribes with technical assistance to establish, manage, or expand a tribal wildlife corridor. Such assistance must include support with accessing wildlife data and working with voluntary private landowners to access programs for facilitating connectivity on nonfederal land. Additionally, Interior must (1) establish a program to award grants to tribes to increase connectivity through tribal wildlife corridors, and (2) consult with tribes to determine whether a tribal wildlife corridor may be expanded into public lands or otherwise benefit connectivity between public lands and such corridor.

Specifically, the bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to implement a five-year pilot program to provide canine training to eligible veterans diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder as an element of a complementary and integrative health program. Eligible veterans are those who are enrolled in the VA health care system and have been recommended for participation by a qualified mental health care provider or clinical team. The VA must seek to enter agreements containing specified elements with accredited nongovernmental entities that have demonstrated ability to provide canine training. Veterans who participate in the program are authorized to adopt the dog they assisted in training if their health provider determines it is in the best interest of the veteran. The VA must establish processes to document and track the progress of participating veterans with respect to health benefits and improvements. The Government Accountability Office must brief Congress and submit a report on the program. The bill also authorizes the VA to provide service dogs to veterans with mental illnesses, regardless of whether they have a mobility impairment.

The President must also establish an Oversight Coordinating Committee to coordinate implementation of the bill's requirements. The Government Accountability Office must report on the effectiveness of these requirements in preventing the importation of minerals or mineral products from Afghanistan.
This resolution impeaches President Joseph R. Biden for high crimes and misdemeanors. The resolution sets forth articles of impeachment that specify (1) that President Biden's actions have made the border less secure, and subverted the will of Congress and the core tenets of the Constitution; (2) that President Biden's border policies endangered the people of the United States by allowing undocumented migrants who tested positive for COVID-19 to enter the country; and (3) that President Biden endangered the security of the United States, the health and safety of its people, and institutions of government by withdrawing the U.S. military from Afghanistan.
This resolution impeaches President Joseph R. Biden for high crimes and misdemeanors. Specifically, the resolution sets forth one article of impeachment specifying that President Biden usurped the legislative authority of Congress and one article of impeachment specifying that President Biden disregarded and circumvented the judicial authority of the U.S. Supreme Court. The first article states that President Biden, through an order issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) extending the moratorium on residential evictions through October 3, 2021, demonstrated his manifest disrespect for Congress, the American people, and the rule of law. The second article states that President Biden empowered the CDC to extend the moratorium in direct contravention of Justice Kavanaugh's concurring opinion that the eviction moratorium via executive order exceeded the CDC's statutory authority. The articles further state that by such conduct, President Biden warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to report daily on the efforts to evacuate U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents from Afghanistan until the President certifies to Congress that all such individuals who sought evacuation have been evacuated. Until such certification is submitted, DOD may not use FY2021 funds for activity which would have the effect of reducing the total number of service members deployed to Afghanistan, except in specified circumstances.
