MINOR
This bill formalizes the final text of HB 60 into law, adding new protections against insurance discrimination based on a person's status as a living organ donor and their use of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention. The changes are primarily technical formatting updates required to convert the bill from an enrolled draft to an official chapter in the Virginia Code.
Scope change
The bill's substantive scope remains unchanged; it codifies protections that were already present in the earlier version of the bill.

Added the official chapter number (Chapter 12) and the specific approval date (March 31, 2026) to the header.

Adjusted line breaks and spacing throughout the text to comply with the official formatting standards of the Virginia Acts of Assembly.
